Plant Fitter

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a well established earthworks company in their search for Plant Fitter to work in their leading facility in Liverpool.

For the successful Plant Fitter our client is offering:

• Basic Salary: £44,460 - £49,400 per annum (Depending on experience)
• £18 - £20 per hour (Depending on experience)
• OTE of up to £7800 on top of the basic salary based on average overtime
• Overtime paid at x1.5 of basic hours
• Core Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm, 47.5 hours per week
• Overtime available on Saturdays, 7am to 12pm (All Saturday hours paid at x1.5)
• Permanent
• 28 Days Holiday (including Bank Holidays)
• Company pension
• On-site parking

The role - Plant Fitter:

• Complete service and maintenance work on heavy plant
• Completing PPM and reactive maintenance
• Fault-finding & breakdown work
• Operating of the aggregate wash plant
• Monitor the plant operations to ensure optimal performance and output quality
• Implement adjustments and improvements to the process as necessary

What our client is looking for in a Plant Fitter:

• Previous Plant fitting experience - Essential
• Experience working on heavy plant/ washer plant - Beneficial
• NPORS tickets or equivalent - Beneficial
• Previous experience of machinery/plant service & maintenance
