Job Description

Your new company: You will be working for an international manufacturer based in Manchester, who have a global presence with production facilities and offices across the world. Your new company is a speciality chemicals company which develops, manufactures, and markets chemical products.

Your new role: As a Plant Engineer, you will be responsible for process and mechanical duties within your assigned area.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that inspection and maintenance routines are suitable and sufficient to enhance reliability, compliance, and safety.

What you'll need to succeed:

  1. Previous experience in chemical manufacturing, in an improvement-based engineering position
  2. Strong knowledge of current health, safety, and environmental legislation
  3. Expertise in process and mechanical engineering
  4. Ability to develop and maintain suitable inspection and maintenance routines
  5. Commitment to ensuring reliability, compliance, and safety at all times
