Qualifications

Job description

Fixed Term Contract for three months.

Job Purpose

Working as part of a team, to ensure the smooth running of the plants Administration sections.


Role Accountabilities
  1. Collate production figures to produce a financial pack with the use of system reports and manual stock counts
  2. Data Input & order processing
  3. Coordinate Cap-ex orders and expenditure
  4. Process and reconcile intercompany transfers
  5. Procurement control
  6. Prepare and report all site accounting information
  7. Logging haulage information, UK & EU
  8. Perform general office duties (managing the phone, supplies, mail, filing, photocopying etc.)
  9. Research accounts receivable issues
  10. Ensure supplier invoicing, credits, GRNIs, overheads and receipting as required
  11. New vendors & Bacs / Chaps request
  12. Supporting colleagues with Admin processes and procedures
  13. Other duties as required
Must Haves
  1. Administrative qualifications or equivalent experience

Hours
  1. 37.5 Hours per week
  2. Shift pattern - Monday to Thursday 8.30 - 17.00, Friday 8.30 -14.30
