Planning Solicitor (Property) Remote Working, £44.66ph PAYE - Reference: 5263029

To draft and complete Section 106 Agreements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide specialist input to the Service Director and the Head of Legal Services in the delivery and improvement of its services and business strategies.
2. Represent the clients as required in all planning & highway legal proceedings.
3. Deliver clear, consistent and accurate legal advice to officers, members, and clients on all matters relating to planning and highway.
4. Procure external legal assistance when requested.
5. Take necessary action under the relevant legislation and case law and ensure appropriate professional standards are maintained in line with accepted good practice.
6. Manage a busy caseload.

This is on a temporary contract basis.
