Planning Solicitor or Legal Executive – Taunton, Somerset

What will you do?

  • Manage your own planning caseload
  • Advise on a full range of contentious and non-contentious planning and environmental law issues
  • Advise on all forms of development including housing and commercial development, transportation, leisure and tourism, education, ecological and cultural heritage, contaminated land and pollution, and enforcement
  • Support on planning applications and appeals, regeneration projects, and section 106 agreements
  • Work with a diverse client base, including many local authorities as well as household name organisations
  • Collaborate with other departments including real estate & energy
  • Be included in business development from an early stage if you wish

What will you need?

  • To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
  • At least 2 years of planning law experience
  • Those with a mixed background including planning will be considered
