PLANNING SOLICITOR, 4-8 YEARS PQE, EXETER, £60,000 - £70,000 (DOE) - A leading national law firm is currently looking to appoint a Planning Solicitor into their Exeter office. Job Ref: 6212.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Applications are sought from Planning Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 4 years PQE.
  2. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of planning services including, but not limited to advising on: planning permission, appeals, CIL, s106 agreements, judicial review, highways and public rights of way and environmental law.
  3. You will be motivated to strengthen and develop new client relationships and take an active role in promoting the firm’s reputation both in and out of work.
  4. With excellent case management and interpersonal skills, you will have the ability to provide clear, concise and commercially minded solutions to a varied range of clients.
