Location: Barnoldswick

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm

Salary: £27k - £30k + Bonus

Rapid Recruit currently have a Planning & Production Support position for our client in the Barnoldswick area. You will provide support for the customers and their requirements whilst working with production to allow them to maximise efficiencies, helping the business remain cost effective but progressive.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Produce effective plans for production.
2. Control stock levels whilst maintaining realistic customer requirements.
3. Lease with customers, creation of all documents required for shipping.
4. Customer invoicing and credit notes.
5. Provide timely order confirmations.
6. Support production through administrative functions.
7. Assess and process all customer quality concerns.
8. Assist with 6's, CI and production projects.
9. Support Shift managers.
10. Ensure employee and contractor compliance with all Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.

1. Experience within a Planning environment.
2. Excellent IT skills.
3. Ability to communicate with internal and external personnel at all levels.
4. Desire to learn and become involved in all areas of the site.
