An established industry player is seeking a qualified Planner for a contract role lasting 3-6 months. This position requires a minimum office presence of 2 days a week and offers a competitive rate of £55-£60 per hour. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in planning policy, leadership skills, and significant LPA experience preparing Local Plans. The firm values creativity in applications, welcoming talent from all areas of the property sector. Qualified Planner with up-to-date knowledge of planning law.
Extensive experience in Planning Policy and leading teams.

Knowledge of planning law

Experience in Planning Policy Team

Leadership in Policy team

LPA experience with Local Plan

Evidence at Local Plan examination

CIL experience

Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI)

Contract Length: 3-6 months

Rate: £55-£60/hour.

Minimum office presence of 2 days a week required.

Qualifications

If you are a qualified Planner with:

Up-to-date knowledge of planning law
Extensive experience of working in a Planning Policy Team
Experience of leading a Policy team
Significant LPA experience of preparing a Local Plan up to and including an Examination
Experience of giving evidence at a Local Plan examination
CIL experience
Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI)
