As the Planning Policy Manager, you will principally lead the development and delivery of the Council's planning policy work.
You will manage a busy and ambitious team overseeing the production of development plan documents, including working with neighbouring authorities on the joint Cheltenham, Gloucester and Tewkesbury Strategic and Local Plan.You will also support the preparation of neighbourhood plans, as well as manage the Council’s heritage function and a range of other projects relating to the growth of the borough.

This role comes with a Market Supplement paid at a rate of £5,909 per annum (paid monthly pro rata). This supplement is a discretionary payment which is reviewed annually.
