Senior Planning Officer - Development Management

Rate: £40-45p/h (Negotiable DOE)

Contract Duration: Initial 13 months (Maternity Cover)

The council is looking for an experienced Planning Officer to take over a caseload of medium size dwellings, mainly householders and minor applications.

Role Specific

1. Very flexible working (Once a week)
2. 37 hours per week
3. Hourly rate - approx. £45 per hour
4. Local Authority experience required
