Essential Criteria for a Planning Manager

1. Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate Development or a related field is required. Professional membership in the RTPI.
2. Demonstrable experience in a planning management role with residential development or a consultancy firm.
3. In-depth knowledge of UK planning legislation and policies.
4. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
