About the company & Role as a Planning Manager

A leading outdoor media infrastructure company is seeking a Planning Manager to support the UK Head of Planning on a one-year fixed-term maternity cover contract. This role suits a chartered town planner with demonstrable years of experience.

2. Conduct planning due diligence and research.
3. Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants.
4. Maintain planning schedules and records.
5. Represent the company in meetings with stakeholders and authorities.
6. Stay updated on planning regulations and policies.
7. Deliver planning-related training and maintain RTPI status.

Requirements:

1. RTPI Membership.
2. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
4. Team-oriented, proactive mindset.
