Vantage is a global leader in data center development, delivering high-performance and sustainable infrastructure solutions. We are seeking a Planning Director for EMEA to oversee project scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination for our large-scale data center projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage master schedules to ensure on-time project delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, construction, procurement) and external partners (contractors, vendors, consultants) to align project timelines.
- Mentor and develop a team of schedulers/planners to enhance scheduling practices.
- Lead schedule-related discussions with customers and stakeholders.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain project momentum.
- Provide real-time updates, forecasts, and risk reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Utilize scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project) to track progress and optimize workflows.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in project scheduling for large-scale infrastructure or data center projects.
- Experience with Primavera P6.
- Expertise in scheduling software and critical path management.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP certification is a plus.
