To be a key driver in delivering Plant Availability by improving and maintaining processes and equipment, which creates a workplace fit for purpose and an operational platform which meets current and future strategic business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to a culture of Continuous Improvement & Safe Working.
- Follow Safe Systems Of Work.
- Complete equipment planned maintenance activities on time and in a safe manner.
- Develop and continuously improve planned maintenance systems and tasks.
- Work closely with Operational Leadership to identify equipment risks and solutions.
- Work closely with Team Leaders to help improve equipment availability.
- Identify and implement reliability improvements.
- Liaise professionally with external suppliers, OEMs, and contractors.
- Communicate well with colleagues in all areas of the business and highlight issues to management teams.
- Assist with investigations into reliability improvements.
- Be proactive in keeping up to date with developments affecting your role.
