Job description
Our Client:
Lead Mechanical Installation Engineer / Lead Pipefitter required for our client, they are a Mechanical Contractor based in Leeds. The Lead Mechanical Installation Engineer / Lead Mechanical Fitter will travel throughout the Yorkshire regions attending commercial mechanical fit out projects.
- Working on occupied commercial properties carrying out plant room replacement work
- Responsibilities include pipework installation and replacements, installing radiators, cylinders, hot water systems, pumps, booster sets, boilers etc.
- 1st and 2nd fix of commercial plumbing systems
- Overseeing other engineers / installers and ensuring work is complete to a high standard
- Undertake training of junior engineers and apprentices
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in plumbing and heating
- ACS Commercial Gas Tickets - desirable
- Based in the Yorkshire area
- Full UK Driving License
- Salary £42,000 - £45,000 (Expected earning £65,000 - £70,000)
