Pipefitter

Kinetic are recruiting for experienced Pipefitters for permanent roles based in Govan. The role attracts a base salary of £37,318 pa, plus Company Benefits.
Hours: Monday - Thursday 0700-1630 - OT premium Rates will apply after core hours.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carry out the fabrication & installation of pipe spools to deliver the best quality possible.
2. Installation of small & large bore pipe spools using different materials.
3. Will be located in the Pipe shop and on the ship.
4. Following manufacturing processes, instructions and procedures.
5. Using Grinders, drilling machines and band saws.
6. Prior Welding experience in MMA or TIG welding.

Requirements:

1. Provide Trade papers, e.g., formal apprenticeship.
2. Background in Industrial pipework installation.
3. Be comfortable working in confined spaces and/or at height.
4. Safety certification i.e., SHE induction, COSHH awareness, working at height.
