Picker-Packer | Sturminster Newton | Part-Time Shifts, up to £25,400 per annum

Are you looking for a part-time, hands-on role in a friendly and supportive environment? We're currently recruiting a Picker-Packer to join a welcoming team at a well-established manufacturing business in the Sturminster Newton area.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, with the potential to become permanent after a successful probation period. Flexible part-time shifts are available - choose between morning or afternoon hours to suit your lifestyle.

As a Picker-Packer, you'll benefit from:

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Accurately picking and packing customer orders
2. Assisting with goods in/out and stock movement
3. General warehouse tasks, including some heavy lifting
4. Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
5. Working as part of a close-knit, efficient team

What we're looking for:

1. A proactive and reliable attitude
2. Good spoken English and the ability to follow instructions
3. Basic numeracy skills to manage stock and order quantities
4. Previous warehouse experience is a bonus, but not essential
5. A team player with a willingness to learn and grow
