EL/PL/RTA Fee Earner - Cheshire - Hybrid - up to £45k

We have a rare opportunity for an experienced EL/PL/RTA Litigator to join a dynamic Employment and Public Liability Department based in Cheshire.

The Role:
As an EL/PL Fee Earner, you will manage a caseload of litigated fast track files within our Employment and Public Liability Department. Whether you are qualified or non-qualified, this role offers an exciting opportunity to grow and develop your career in a supportive and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle a diverse caseload of 100-150 EL/PL pre and post litigation files.
2. Work diligently to meet court deadlines.
3. Liaise and report to insurers.
4. Draft and negotiate claimant settlements.
5. Prepare letters of instruction and medical reports.
6. Issue court proceedings.
