What you will do:

1. Provide professional leadership and manage responsibilities within the Learning Disability Partnership as part of the extended Senior Management Team.
2. Deliver a countywide specialist learning disability Physiotherapy service that aligns with CQC regulatory requirements.
3. Oversee recruitment, supervision, appraisal, and professional development, ensuring all Physiotherapy staff and students receive the necessary training and support.
4. Lead specialist Physiotherapy input in the planning, development, and evaluation of services, managing defined projects as delegated by the LDP management team.
5. Manage a highly complex caseload as an autonomous practitioner, planning and implementing appropriate clinical interventions based on thorough assessments.
6. Foster multi-disciplinary and multi-agency collaboration to centre care around patients, ensuring active participation of both patients and carers in decision making.
