We are currently seeking to fill the position of Physics Laboratory Technician.

Wycombe Abbey seeks to appoint a Physics Laboratory Technician to work 34.25 hours per week during Wycombe Abbey term time (including INSET) plus two weeks during the School holidays. The Physics Laboratory Technician will work with a wider team to contribute towards the efficient and smooth running of the Science Department.
This is a varied role, with duties ranging from ordering equipment and materials to trialling new experiments and preparing apparatus for Open Days and School events. Relevant experience gained within a laboratory or Physics department is essential. Applicants should be flexible, organised and able to work effectively as part of a small team. Good attention to detail, accurate record keeping and competent IT skills are required for this role.
Hours: 34.25 hours per week during Wycombe Abbey term time (including INSET days) plus two weeks during the School holidays. The working pattern will be agreed with the Senior Lab Technician.
