Qualifications:

Education: Degree in Physical Therapy (PT).
Licensure:
- Active PT Vermont state license.
- Current BLS certification.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation or similar setting.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in developing and executing individualized treatment plans.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, and patient-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities:
