Job description

We are looking for an immediately available full-time Account Manager with experience in Photography for the next 3 months (with the possibility of extending the contract after this time). We’re looking for someone who can help us analyse and assess photo galleries and communicate with campsites to help them improve the images on our platform.

About The Role
  • Help campsite owners understand which photos are needed to improve their listing, and assist with any enquiries.
  • Communicate regularly with our campsite list until the required images are added to their listings.
  • Maintain campsite account records.
  • Analyse and administer photo galleries to identify enhancement opportunities, including quality and quantity checks.
  • Contact/chase customers by phone and email to assist them in uploading good-quality images to their photo galleries.
About You
  • Able to work full time during the next 3 months (9am-5pm Monday to Friday).
  • You will be able to start immediately, happy to work within the UK time zone and on a self-employed basis.
  • Account management/Account coordinator or similar experience is required, including experience managing B2B accounts in a fast-paced (ideally e-commerce) environment.
  • Experience working with online portals or SaaS solutions.
  • Travel industry experience is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail, organised and methodical.
  • Internet savvy and technologically astute - you will need to understand our photography technical requirements and upload process, and provide support to campsite owners.
  • Experience with a high volume of outbound calls and emails.
  • Strong communication skills, including an excellent telephone manner.
  • Driven and self-motivated.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.

Hourly rate will be £13-£15 per hour depending on experience, to be invoiced monthly.
