Photocopier Service & Sales Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Photocopier Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in the installation, repair, and maintenance of photocopiers, printers, and related equipment. In addition to technical duties, the engineer will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing excellent service, including recommending and selling relevant products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install and set up photocopier machines and related equipment at client sites (Dungannon / Cookstown / Omagh / Fermanagh / Armagh).
2. Attend call outs and collect copy cost readings.
3. Perform regular servicing and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
4. Build strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional customer service, technical support, and after-sales service.
5. Identify opportunities to sell products, guide customers to suitable solutions, and provide quotations and costings.
6. Upsell and cross-sell photocopier-related products.
7. Complete service reports, documenting work completed, parts used, and follow-up requirements.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment (such as Konica, Minolta, Kyocera, and Olivetti photocopiers and printers).
2. Strong sales skills with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
3. Excellent customer-facing communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
4. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
5. Full clean UK driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
