An established healthcare provider is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will perform essential phlebotomy procedures, ensuring the collection of blood samples from patients of all ages using aseptic techniques. You will be responsible for accurately entering patient information into the hospital system and maintaining the integrity of specimens. Responsible for performing all forms of phlebotomy procedures including registration on any age level, process specimens to ensure stability, perform order entry procedures to ensure accuracy of patient/testing information, and provide all laboratory results to providers.
A high school diploma and a minimum of six months job-related experience or equivalent is required. All employees hired during or after 2012 must have Phlebotomy certification.
