Job description

We require a highly motivated, enthusiastic and caring individual to work as a Phlebotomist.


Phlebotomists provide a high standard of cleanliness, which is imperative in our daily routine.


Main roles include:

  1. Taking patients' blood samples.
  2. Communicating with patients.

We are hiring for one 12-month fixed-term position with the following hours:


18.75 hours per week


Monday to Friday, 8:45 am - 12:00 pm


Includes one weekend shift (8:00 am - 12:00 pm) every 5 weeks.


Unfortunately, this role does not meet the criteria required to qualify for sponsorship.


You will be working with a fantastic and supportive team who will assist you in settling within the team. Regular feedback and one-to-ones will be provided by your manager to ensure that you stay happy in your job.


It is essential that you are able to work in an orderly and systematic manner, possess good literacy, numeracy, communication, and organisational skills.


You should have a caring attitude, as well as the ability to work effectively under direction as part of a multidisciplinary team.


Previous experience of working in a hospital setting would be advantageous to this role; however, in-house training will be provided.
