Do you have experience in taking patient blood samples? We are looking for a Part Time, Band 2 Phlebotomist to join the Phlebotomy Team at the North Devon District Hospital.
As a key member of the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, you will be joining an exceptional team working together to help our patients stay healthy when they need it most.
Our Phlebotomists form an essential and well-respected part of our healthcare team across various dynamic settings, including outpatients and inpatient wards. You must have experience taking patient blood samples.
Working Pattern: The post is for 16 hours per week, covering a variety of shifts over the 7-day week. We provide a phlebotomy service on the inpatient wards between 08:00 and 12:00 on Monday to Friday and 07:30 to 11:30 during Bank Holidays and weekends. We also run a phlebotomy service in the Outpatients, where we are open between 09:00 and 16:50. Therefore, our shifts are either 04:00 hours or 08:00 hours depending on the need of the service.
