Pharmacy Technician (Rotational)

The salary for this permanent Pharmacy Technician job is £34,500 per annum.

Main Duties:

• In this role, you will ensure the highest professional operational standards and excellence in pharmaceutical care and medicines management throughout the campus.
• Your responsibilities will include contributing to the day-to-day operations of the Pharmacy, supporting the management of core pharmacy services. This encompasses our three dispensaries and aseptic unit, pharmacy procurement, stock control and management, medicines distribution, Omnicell inventory management, stock top-up, and medicines management across all patient locations. You will report to the Head Pharmacy Technician and receive support from senior technicians and pharmacists.

Requirements of the Pharmacy Technician:

• Registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
• NVQ Level 3 in Pharmaceutical Sciences or an equivalent qualification
• At least 1 year of experience as a qualified Pharmacy Technician
