Position:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time Pharmacy Support Worker Higher Level - Distribution based at University Hospital Crosshouse.
What you will do:
We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Support Worker to join our team at NHS Ayrshire and Arran. Working within the Distribution team you will have excellent communication skills and experience of the training and development of Pharmacy Support Workers. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside the Pharmacy Technician Higher Level within Distribution providing a wide range of pharmacy services to patients of NHS Ayrshire and Arran. Previous NHS Ayrshire and Arran and Pharmacy experience is essential, as well as an understanding of Pharmacy Standard Operating Procedures.
Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
Hours:
37 hours per week. This post carries a contractual commitment to work on a shift system covering 8am till 8pm (which includes a commitment to cover 7 days including weekend and evening). Post-holder will also be required to participate in our Public holiday and late night rotas.
Driving Licence/Car Ownership:
A car licence/car ownership is essential to this role.
