Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to join their team in Derbyshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled pharmacist to take on a leadership role and make a positive impact on patient care. As the Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and service. This role offers the unique advantage of minimal paperwork and no requirement for Medication Use Reviews, allowing you to focus on leading your team and delivering exceptional pharmaceutical services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a dedicated pharmacy team, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment
• Ensure the safe and efficient dispensing of medications, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements
• Provide expert advice and guidance to patients, healthcare professionals, and team members
• Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the quality of care and service delivered

• Competitive salary package of £60,000 to £70,000 per annum
