Job description

We are currently looking for an experienced full time Pharmacist Manager to provide quality patient care and integrate our digital health services. You will be working across cross functional teams including our Health Tech Product Team & Pharmacy Team.

You will have full support from Day 1, including a strong dispensary support structure.

Qualifications and Skills
  1. Degree in Pharmacy
  2. Interest in Digital Health
  3. Licensed to practice - registered with appropriate governing body and hold relevant insurance
  4. Minimum 2 years' experience of working as a Pharmacist
  5. Ability to build strong relationships with patients and your team and able to understand individual customer needs and tailor your support and advice appropriately.
  6. Accuracy and dexterity in dispensing, keyboard skills, use of pharmacy & IT equipment and working under time pressure
  7. Ability to advise patients with confidence and accuracy whilst remaining customer focused.
  8. Aware of the commercial aims and objectives of the company
  9. Genuine passion for customer care and good customer service skills
  10. Able to deal with confidential information and follow set processes
  11. Team player: Liaising with, and following instructions from all senior employees/Directors
  12. Strong numeracy, literacy and communication skills
  13. Attention to detail
Duties
  1. Tailoring conversations with customers to ensure they feel informed and confident about their healthcare needs
  2. Handling queries related to digital services
  3. Delivering the technical aspects of the dispensary whilst ensuring the safe supply of medicines e.g. labelling, dispensing, endorsing checking and clinical checking of prescriptions ensuring documentation is maintained/stored in accordance with the law
  4. Complying with legal and professional requirements and accepted guidance on professional practice in a Pharmacy
  5. Seeking opportunities to engage with GPs and practice teams to enhance patient care
  6. Manage employees and build team compliance/work/morale
  7. Conduct Screening Services and provide advice/treatment for minor ailments
  8. Provide advanced services including Flu Vaccinations, Pharmacy First
  9. Delivering efficient dispensary operations and ensuring dispensing losses are minimized
