Total Working Hours: 20hrs
Working Pattern: Wednesday 13.00 to 18.30, Thursday 13.30 to 18.30, Friday 13.00 to 18.30, Saturday 09.00 to 13.00
Rate of Pay: £11.83ph

What your working day will look like:

1. Participating in all branch processes
2. Building positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals
3. Assisting in the delivery of pharmacy services
4. Serving as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, representing the company and interacting with the community on a daily basis

To be considered for this role, you must have:

1. NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course
2. Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification
3. Experience working in a customer-focused environment
4. A strong understanding of confidentiality
5. The ability to handle medications accurately

6. Previous customer service training (optional)
