Pharmacy & Clinical Systems Analyst - EHR

1 London Bridge

Fixed Term Contract until October 2025

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

It is a hugely exciting time for our organization to join our Expanse programme in the implementation of Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Focused on advancing our technology and integrating web-based navigation, EHR will allow HCA Healthcare clinicians and colleagues to enhance patient safety, quality and care and to maintain our outstanding ratings and continue to be a global market leader in complex care.

What you'll do:

  • Workflow & System Analysis: Evaluate and document current clinical and pharmacy workflows, identifying areas for improvement.

  • EHR Implementation & Optimisation: Support the design, testing, and deployment of pharmacy-related system functionalities.

  • Data Management: Develop, configure, and verify pharmacy-centric dictionaries and datasets for medications, prescribing, and dispensing.

  • System Integration: Assist with EHR integrations, including automated dispensing machines (ADMs), procurement systems, and clinical decision support tools.

  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure all workflows meet UK regulatory, safety, and operational requirements.

  • Training & Go-Live Support: Help create training materials, identify EHR champions, and assist with system go-lives.

What you'll bring:

  • GPhC professional registration

  • 4 + years’ experience in U.K. hospital Pharmacy; 3 of which in one or more hospital Pharmacy clinical or supply specialties

  • Operational use of contribution to the practice application of EHR/ EPMA (Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration)/ data-driven practice change in hospital setting as part of professional Pharmacy role

  • Operational use of medicines automation (pharmacy-centric/ point of care) in a hospital setting as part of professional Pharmacy role

  • In-depth knowledge and dexterity with statistical analysis, Excel, and other software programs

  • Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills

  • Project and change management skills

  • Able to articulate and promote technology-centric practice change.
