Job Description

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy within the store
• Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals
• Ensure all legal, professional, and ethical standards within the pharmacy are met
• Deliver an exceptional level of customer service
• Implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
• Manage the inventory and stock levels of medicines and pharmaceutical supplies
• Provide professional advice and information on medicines and healthcare issues

The Successful Applicant

A successful Pharmacist Manager should have:

• A degree in pharmacy from a recognised university
• Registration as a pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC)
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• An ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility
