What you will do:

1. Provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to cancer patients ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines.
2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement optimal patient treatment plans.
3. Manage and supervise the supply of medicines to patients undergoing cancer treatment.
4. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
5. Utilise your knowledge of computer systems to maintain accurate patient records and support clinical decision-making.
6. Mentor and support junior staff contributing to their development within cancer services.

Requirements:

1. Recent experience of working within Cancer Services is essential.
2. Knowledge of relevant computer systems used in cancer care.
3. Experience working in the NHS, with at least 2 years of relevant experience required.
4. HCPC registration.
5. Car driving is preferable for ease of travel between sites.
