Job Details:

Job Title: Locum Pharmacist (Band 6/7)

Location: NHS Hospital, Liverpool

Duration: 6 months

Schedule: 5 days a week

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Rate of Pay: £23ph-£30ph

Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Review and dispense prescriptions to ensure safe and effective medication use.
2. Provide clinical advice to healthcare staff and patients.
3. Conduct medicines reconciliation for patients on admission and discharge.
4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes.
5. Ensure compliance with NHS guidelines and maintain accurate records.

Requirements & Qualifications:

1. A valid GPhC registration as a Pharmacist.
2. No previous hospital experience required - full training provided.
3. Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
5. The ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
