Job Title: Assembly Supervisor (Pharmaceutical - Cleanroom)
From £32,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 07:00 - 16:00, Friday 07:00 - 13:00

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Assembly Supervisor to oversee cleanroom operations for a leading pharmaceutical company. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring strong analytical skills, IT proficiency, and the ability to drive efficiency and quality in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and coordinate cleanroom assembly activities, ensuring compliance with GMP and Cleanroom ISO 7 standards.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of assembly operatives, providing training, guidance, and performance management.
  3. Monitor production schedules, ensuring targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
  4. Maintain accurate records of production, inspections, and compliance documentation using IT systems.
  5. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  6. Ensure strict adherence to health & safety and regulatory requirements.
  7. Troubleshoot assembly issues and provide solutions to maintain seamless production.

Key Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in an assembly supervisor or team leader role within a cleanroom or regulated manufacturing environment.
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills.
  3. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess processes and implement improvements.
  4. IT savvy, with experience using digital production systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.
  5. Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and cleanroom protocols.
  6. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
