About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Assembly Supervisor to oversee cleanroom operations for a leading pharmaceutical company. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring strong analytical skills, IT proficiency, and the ability to drive efficiency and quality in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate cleanroom assembly activities, ensuring compliance with GMP and Cleanroom ISO 7 standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of assembly operatives, providing training, guidance, and performance management.
- Monitor production schedules, ensuring targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of production, inspections, and compliance documentation using IT systems.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure strict adherence to health & safety and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and provide solutions to maintain seamless production.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in an assembly supervisor or team leader role within a cleanroom or regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess processes and implement improvements.
- IT savvy, with experience using digital production systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and cleanroom protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
