Pest Control Technician

Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable Pest Control Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, eliminating, and preventing pest infestations in residential and commercial properties. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interact professionally with customers. Training will be provided, but prior experience in pest control or a related field is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect properties to identify signs of pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment methods.
• Apply pesticides and other pest control solutions in compliance with safety regulations.
• Advise customers on preventative measures to reduce the risk of future infestations.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided, including treatments used and follow-up visits required.
• Handle pest control equipment safely and ensure its proper maintenance.
• Follow company protocols and adhere to local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to meet service goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Pest control certification required.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in various environments, including tight spaces and outdoor settings.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.
