Job description

Immediate requirement for a Personnel Logistics Coordinator to assist an Energy Service Company on a temporary 3-month contract. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in personnel logistics and hold a 2-day Vantage Company Administrator certificate.

Main duties and responsibilities

  1. Accurately controlling the logistical movements and rotation schedule of offshore personnel, preparing weekly crew changes schedule and communicate any relevant changes, including hotel bookings.
  2. Logging and uploading certification into the system, ensuring all offshore personnel have the correct documentation to mobilise offshore.
  3. Ensuring good communication with the Engineering team and sub-contractors.
  4. Supporting the HR Team in the recruitment and selection, onboarding, scheduling orientation for personnel in accordance with procedure.
  5. Assuring information is maintained and up to date in HRIS for all onshore personnel.
  6. Responsible for issuing, updating and renewing work orders and standard consultancy agreements.
  7. Booking onshore personnel’s training and maintaining records.
  8. Managing holiday tracker for office personnel.
  9. Approve personnel expenses in accordance with guidelines.
  10. Process and verify vendor invoices, complete invoice coding.
