Group Personal Training Coach Job Summary

Our client is looking for a passionate and supportive Group Personal Training Coach to help individuals reach their fitness and wellness goals in a dynamic group setting. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of group training methodologies and a deep enthusiasm for inspiring others to unlock their potential. As a Group Personal Training Coach, you will lead participants in engaging sessions that offer motivation, guidance, and accountability, creating a motivating atmosphere that promotes collective growth and self-improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate group training sessions to assess participants' needs and design personalized development plans that cater to varying fitness levels.
  • Provide ongoing encouragement and support as group members work towards their shared and individual goals.
  • Develop creative and tailored group workouts and exercises that promote self-discovery, teamwork, and personal growth.
  • Monitor group progress, making necessary adjustments to programs to ensure continued success for all participants.
  • Organise and conduct workshops or group discussions on relevant topics such as goal setting, time management, and stress reduction in the context of fitness and wellbeing.
  • Maintain organised records of group interactions and progress to evaluate effectiveness and adapt approaches as needed.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in group training to enhance your coaching and service delivery.
