Bubba’s Project Gym is growing and are seeking a Personal Trainer to join their team in Armagh.

Role: Full-Time Personal Trainer
Location: Bubba’s Project Gym
Salary: £22.5K – £28K + Bonus

Job Description:

Join us as a Full-Time Personal Trainer and be part of a growing, high-performance team.

As a Full-Time Personal Trainer, you will have the opportunity to work with both Bootcamp and 1:1 clients while mentoring junior coaches and leading educational workshops.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about training, education, and client success, with an enthusiasm for professional development and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coach Bootcamp classes and 1:1 personal training sessions
• Lead CPD sessions focused on program design blocks
• Conduct consultations and provide tailored advice to clients
• Perform weekly sales calls and client audits
• Mentor junior coaches and help them develop their skills
• Lead workshops for professional development

Requirements:

• Level 3 Personal Training qualification
• 3+ years of experience in personal training and group coaching
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A passion for education, mentoring, and professional growth
• Sales experience is a plus
