We are recruiting for an experienced Personal Tax Manager to join a highly regarded accountancy firm with a strong presence across Yorkshire. This is a great opportunity for a tax professional looking to step into a managerial role or an existing manager seeking a new challenge in a firm that values both technical expertise and client relationships.


The Role:
  • Managing a varied portfolio of private clients, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and trusts.
  • Overseeing compliance and advisory work, ensuring clients receive expert guidance on tax planning.
  • Reviewing work prepared by junior staff and supporting their development.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Staying up to date with changes in tax legislation and advising clients accordingly.
About You:
  • CTA or ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong experience in personal tax compliance and advisory work.
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio and develop client relationships.
  • Leadership experience or a desire to mentor and develop junior staff.
