FinTech RS has been engaged by a well-known, established Chartered Accountancy firm to manage their recruitment process as they look to recruit a Personal Tax Manager to head up one of their tax teams here in the North-East. Our firm has a rich heritage as being a go-client client offering first-class advice and securing long-lasting relationships with a wide range of North-East businesses.
The Personal Tax Manager will be responsible for a small-medium team of Tax Assistants. This role is heavily client-focused while the team is responsible for tax returns on an annual basis, covering all sectors of clients, including tax-only clients offering various advice including tax planning.
Our client is offering this position on a permanent basis along with strong soft benefits such as hybrid working, private health, pension, life insurance, and income protection. Should the successful candidate work more hours than their contracted amount, they can choose to take these additional hours worked as paid overtime or time back in lieu.
Candidates will have an excellent tax background. Qualifications are beneficial but certainly not essential.
