Personal Lines Account Handler

We are looking for a Personal Lines Account Handler to join the Personal Lines team based in the local office in Middlewich. This is a full time, permanent post with a competitive salary of up to £26,000- dependent on experience. This is a Monday - Friday role with no evenings and weekends but there is free parking available on site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice and managing the service delivery to existing Personal Insurance customers both in person and over the phone. They will also maintain retention of renewals to achieve company income targets and provide support to clients in all aspects, in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Previous experience within Personal Lines insurance or similar
2. Open GI experience desirable
3. Knowledge of personal lines products and the insurance market
4. The ability to work under pressure
5. Excellent administrative skills and background
6. Passion for customer services and professionalism
7. Excellent communication skills
8. Self-motivation
9. The ability to work as part of a team
10. Organisational skills
