Job description

Personal Injury Solicitor - Plymouth

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced personal injury lawyer to join an award-winning law firm with a strong presence and outstanding reputation in the Plymouth market.

Our client is seeking a senior personal injury lawyer with at least 6 years PQE to join their legal 500 ranked large litigation team. The successful candidate will handle high-value industrial disease and catastrophic personal injury claims, delivering high-quality legal advice and exceptional client service. You'll also provide leadership to junior team members, driving performance and meeting/exceeding individual and team KPIs.

To be considered, you will be either a Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a strong litigation background. While APIL accreditation is desired, it is not essential. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in handling claims from inception to settlement, negotiating liability and quantum with a strong knowledge of CPR rules. Above all, you will have a passion for your field and for achieving the best possible outcome for your clients.
