Job Overview
The firm is looking for an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury claims, particularly in RTA, employer liability, and public liability cases. This role involves managing a varied caseload of both fast track and multi-track claims, handling litigated work, and ensuring the highest level of client care and case outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury claims, including RTA, Employer Liability, and Public Liability cases.
* Handle litigated cases, including drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and liaising with clients, insurers, and third parties.
* Provide expert legal advice and support to clients, ensuring clear communication and a client-focused approach.
* Prepare and review legal documents, such as claim forms, witness statements, and court bundles, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Negotiate settlements with opposing parties, insurers, and other stakeholders to secure the best possible outcome for clients.
* Maintain and update case files using the firm's case management system, ensuring all documentation is properly recorded.
* Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and develop effective litigation strategies.
Requirements
* Proven experience in managing personal injury claims, with a strong understanding of RTA, Employer Liability, and Public Liability cases.
* Experience handling both fast track and multi-track claims, including complex litigated cases.
* Strong case management, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
