Job Opportunity: /Solicitor 0-3 YRS+ PQE

Location: Glasgow

A leading legal team in Glasgow is seeking a Solicitor with 0-3 years PQE to join its dedicated Insurance team.

This role involves defending public liability (PL) and employers' liability (EL) claims. The team provides top-tier litigation defence services across various sectors, including private and public sectors. The team also specialises in commercial insurance, motor, disease, regulatory, and public sector claims, along with a dedicated Casualty Fraud team.

Role Requirements:

Experience:

• Managing the defence of EL/PL casualty claims
• Handling motor/fraud/disease claims is desirable
• Knowledge of Court of Session and Sheriff Court procedures
• 0-3 YRS PQE+
• Managing own caseload

• Strong influencing and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Interpersonal and team working skills
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and targets
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
