We are currently seeking a newly qualified solicitor with expertise in Employers' Liability claims for an established Legal 500 firm in Manchester.

In this role, you will manage your own caseload of pre- and post-issue fast-track Employers' Liability cases. The firm is well established in the market and offers a competitive salary along with a generous commission structure.

Responsibilities

1. Handle Employers' Liability claims from start to finish
2. Conduct legal research and provide sound advice
3. Draft legal documents and negotiate settlements
4. Represent clients in court when needed
5. Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
6. Collaborate with colleagues for successful case outcomes
7. Stay updated with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

1. Proven billing track record with litigated caseloads
2. Experience with Employers' Liability fast-track cases and the portal
3. Knowledge of civil procedure rules and litigation trends
4. Experience with Proclaim case management system is a plus
