The Role
  • You will run your own caseload of matters including EL/PL/RTA and clinical negligence matters ranging from fast-track to multi-track.

  • This is a high-quality practice that deals with a wide range of personal injury and medical negligence cases whilst specialising in unique and highly complex matters which, by their nature, are of significant value.
Requirements
  • You will be a Personal Injury Solicitor / Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 4+ years of PQE - experience across RTA, EL/PL and Clinical Negligence.
  • Able to be flexible in your approach and willing to undertake a range of tasks.
  • Have excellent communication skills as you will converse with a wide array of clients.
