PERSONAL INJURY & TRUST ADMINISTRATOR

LOCATION: BURY

SALARY: up to £28,000

Our Client is one of the Country's Leading IFA Firms offering high calibre, unconstrained Financial Advice across Pensions, Estate Planning, Care Funding, and Wealth Management.

Operating from 16 offices throughout the UK, our Client now has an opening for an Administrator to join their growing and established office in the Bury area. Specialising in Personal Injury & Court of Protection, the successful Candidate will form part of the Admin Team and will work closely with the Paraplanners to support and assist the Advisers in the procurement and processing of new business and the servicing of existing Clients, solicitors, and related third parties i.e., investment companies and accountants. Duties will consist of:

  1. Providing a comprehensive administration service to the teams unique Personal Injury Trust Service
  2. Liaising with clients, ensuring all relevant Trust documentation is issued correctly
  3. Liaising with third parties acting as the contact for ongoing queries
  4. Producing quotations, illustrations, valuations, and client reports
  5. Processing new business
  6. Facilitating client requests regarding withdrawals, income, and tax queries
  7. Acting as the point of contact for all new inquiries
  8. Assisting with queries from Clients, Solicitors/Barristers, and DFMs
  9. Proactively delivering technical support and excellent client service in accordance with Personal Injury Trust, FCA, and HMRC regulations

Candidates applying for the role should have experience within a Financial Services environment. Those also coming from a PI or COP background within a Law Firm who are keen to secure a new challenge will also be considered.
