Sellick Partnership is seeking a skilled Personal Injury and Industrial Disease Paralegal to join a highly regarded Personal Injury team at a Legal 500 Firm in Reading. This position is ideal for someone eager to develop their legal career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle client inquiries and assist with case-related tasks for senior lawyers.
2. Provide essential support to senior fee earners, assisting with complex cases and engaging with clients.
3. Prepare legal documents, court bundles, and research defendants.
4. Draft various legal papers like care statements and company restoration requests.
5. Support marketing activities, including social media management, content writing, and attending charity events.
6. Manage administrative tasks and ensure case files are organised and updated using relevant software.

The successful candidate:

1. Good understanding of PI and disease law.
2. Willingness to learn and grow in PI and Industrial Disease.
3. Confident in speaking with clients over the phone.
4. Able to work independently when needed.
5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Works well within a team.
7. Proficient with keyboard tasks and familiar with Microsoft Office.
